We are a boutique Civil Engineering and Construction Management Firm providing start to finish solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout Queensland.
Irrespective of the project size, we focus on the detail to deliver our clients the finished outcomes they desire. As a customer centric business, we are proud of the many relationships we have forged in becoming the trusted adviser to many of our clients.
The "1 percenters"
Anyone can get 80% right, the balance 20% is made up of “1 percenters”.
Unfortunately, those “1 percenters” generally hold up a project and/or cost money to correct after the fact.
As everything we do becomes more regulated, the divide between design and construction deepens. We understand that the “1 percenters” are hidden in the detail between design, DA approval and construction.
Consultancies who miss this connection generally miss the “1 percenters”.
Our mission is to “get the detail” and close out the “1 percenters” well before construction commences. In doing so, our projects run more smoothly with less unknowns and time/cost overruns.

Luke is a civil engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the civil engineering/ construction/ development industry. Luke has previously held positions as a Director, Development Manager, Project Manager and Senior Civil Engineer.
